At the bottom of this page is a button that is linked to a photo, which shows a portion of my garage which contains many more briefs, petitions, exhibits, motions and various flavors of filings / evidence related to the aggregate of this sad matter.  You are welcome to it all.  As I stated earlier, I have nothing to hide.  You are always welcome to come out and look at it yourself.  I assure you, there are other items of interest related to this matter contained in those boxes that are well worth your inspection.

If you read through the documents on this website, you will see that individuals including my first wife, Linda, and my friend from Nursing School, Laura, both testified on my behalf.  Laura's testimony included the instances back when we were in Nursing School together that I cared for her young children, while she was busy with clinicals, and her husband was at work.  If you would like to speak to either of those witnesses to learn about my character, I can put you in direct contact with them.

Additionally, I have been in a relationship with Cheryl for what is now approaching ten years.  If you would like to speak to Cheryl, to learn about my character, I can put you in direct contact with her.

If this site that I have created has any purpose, it is to let you know, with no uncertainty, that your dad does indeed love you beyond words, and fought as hard as I was able to be present in your life.  

It saddens me that as of the creation of this webpage, we have no relationship or connection.  While I am saddened beyond words, I understand your position and feelings towards me.  I know the lies you have been told about me from a very young age.  Very few can overcome that degree of programming.

My feelings of love towards you have never wavered and never will.  My primary goal for most all of your life was to be present as your dad.  That fact can never be disputed.

As I have stated many, many times before to you on emails, if there is anything I can do for you, or you need, please let me know.
